AGENCY OVERVIEW:
Housing and Homeless services of Washington County partners with organizations in the community to provide a continuum of housing services that strive to ensure individuals and families experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless receive the support necessary to address their various housing needs.
This component of Human Services obtains funding through grants, but also plans, develops, directs, coordinates, monitors, and facilitates all aspects of the multiple projects comprising Washington County's Continuum of Care.
