Coordinated Entry is the entry point for our housing and homeless assistance programs. To receive assistance please call our General Assessment Center at 724-229-4306 or the Domestic Violence Assessment Center at 724-223-9190

Emergency Shelter Services provide short term immediate housing needs with support services.

Permanent Supportive Housing for long term housing solutions provides support for persons with disabilities.

Homeless Prevention services include short and medium rental assistance for individuals and families at risk of homelessness.

Supportive Services include information and referral as well as care management.

Human Service Coordinators are available to assist Washington County residents with connections to resources, support services, and in help navigating the human services system.
