Coordinated Entry is the entry point for permanent housing solutions for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. To receive assistance please call our Access Sites at 724-229-4306 or the Domestic Violence Assessment Center at 724-233-9190.

Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is permanent housing in which housing assistance and supportive services are provided to assist households with at least one member (adult or child) with a disability in achieving housing stability.
Rapis Rehousing is a program that helps homeless individuals and families move into permanent housing quickly. These programs provide short-term and medium-term rental assistance, as well as other services, to help people achieve stability in their new housing.
Joint Transition Housing & Rapid Rehousing provides a new way to meet some of the pressing challenges that communities are facing. These projects provide a safe place for people to stay - transitional housing - with financial assistance and wrap around supportive services determined by program participants to help them move to permanent housing as quickly as possible.
The Washington County Department of Human Services Housing and Homeless Coordinator can provide housing supportive services and referrals for individuals experiencing housing instability; however, there are no programs or funding within the department.
